Dedicated To Women's Wellness and Therapeutic Care
It doesn't have to hurt to work

Getting you back to your Baseline
Hello, and welcome!
We've all experienced it... You go in for a massage, ask for specific work like, "I really want to focus on my back, neck, and shoulders," and after the therapist nods knowingly and gets you on the table, they proceed to do their basic routine. Head-to-toe. You leave disappointed, no matter how good the massage was, because you were not heard.

At Baseline Massage Therapy, I am dedicated to providing high-quality, professional, and personalized massage therapy sessions to promote overall well-being. I provide the work you ask for, within your nervous system's tolerance, and you leave feeling better, and maybe more importantly, valued.
Why is your practice focused exclusively on women's wellness?
My practice is dedicated to specialized female wellness because I deeply understand the unique mental, emotional, and physical demands placed on women's bodies. My mission is to provide a dedicated, secure space where women feel truly heard, safe, and supported when seeking relief from physical pain and discomfort.

Do you accept insurance?
No; however, HSA and FSA cards are accepted

What is therapeutic massage?
This results-focused treatment is designed to relieve pain, reset the nervouse system, ease deep tension, and help you move more freely. Depending on your needs, I use a variety of specialized techniques to restore flexibility and improve your mobility. By applying slow, firm pressure to the deeper layers of muscle, this massage targets chronic stiffness and knots to help your body truly release and recover.

How often should I get a massage?
For general wellness and stress management, a monthly massage is ideal. If you are dealing with chronic pain, severe muscle tension, or recovering from an injury, a series of weekly or bi-weekly sessions is highly recommended until your symptoms improve.

Can massage help with TMJ pain?
Absolutely. TMJ pain is frequently caused or worsened by tight jaw, neck, and shoulder muscles. Targeted therapeutic massage releases this chronic tension, which reduces jaw pain, alleviates related tension headaches, and restores comfortable, smooth movement to the jaw joint.

Is it normal to feel sore the next day?
A little bit of soreness is expected, but you will never leave one of my sessions feeling like you've been run over! Extreme soreness or flu-like exhaustion means a therapist went beyond what your nervous system could tolerate.

Generally, staying hydrated with electrolyte packs and soaking in a warm Epsom salt bath will quickly ease any next-day muscle tenderness. Just remember to take it easy after your appointment. Skip the heavy workouts, sports, or physical chores for the rest of the day so your muscles can focus entirely on resting and recovering.
